Questions
Who counts toward my team size?
You, plus every Staff member with an active account. Disabled Staff don't count, so a seasonal walker costs nothing in the off-season.
What happens when I add my first Staff member?
You move from Solo to Team. If you go back to working alone, you move back to Solo.
What counts as a Reeve AI task?
One client request that Reeve AI handles and you approve, however many texts it takes. Drafts you reject, spam and texts you send yourself don't count.
What happens when I reach my Reeve AI limit?
Reeve AI pauses and your clients' texts come to you as normal. You can raise the limit any time.

Is there a charge for my Reeve number?
A one-time $19, charged with your first payment on day 16. It covers registering your number with US carriers, which every business that texts clients has to do.
How does the trial work?
15 days, free, with 50 Reeve AI tasks. You add a card when you sign up, and your plan and the one-time $19 for your number start on day 16 unless you cancel first.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. You pay monthly or yearly and can cancel any time. A yearly plan runs to the end of the year you've paid for; we don't refund the rest of it.
When can I start texting clients?
As soon as US carriers approve your Reeve number. Every business that texts clients in the US has to register first. We start yours the day you sign up.
Is there a free plan?
No. Every plan starts with a 15-day trial.
Do my clients pay anything to use Reeve?
No. Clients never make an account or download an app.
Can I take card payments?
Yes, through your own Stripe link on the invoice, alongside Venmo, Cash App, PayPal and Zelle. The money goes straight to your account.
What support do I get?
A free setup call with a real person who moves your clients over, and a person to ask after that.
