Pricing rules that run themselves
Holiday rates
A surcharge as a percentage or a flat amount, across a whole stretch like Christmas week. Added once to each booking that lands on it.
Weekend and after-hours rates
Add a surcharge for weekends or for visits outside your hours.
Per pet, per night
Charge per pet, or the first pet at full price and each extra pet for less. A second cat can cost less than a second dog.
Long stays, your rate
Stays over a length you choose bill every night at a lower rate.
Late pickups
A grace period, then part of a night, then a whole night, worked out from the real pickup time.
Add-ons
Nail trims, meds, a key run. Charge them once, per pet or per visit.
Discounts that apply themselves
A welcome discount, a loyalty discount once a client is a regular, a multi-pet discount. Plus promo codes you apply.
Quotes and price on request
Quote a client yourself. An accepted quote becomes the booking.
Getting paid
Invoices build themselves from the booking. Clients pay you directly. No percentage, ever.
- Every surcharge, add-on and discount on its own line.
- Clients open the invoice in a browser and pay by Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle or your own Stripe link.
- Record a deposit or part-payment and see what's still owed.
- Sales tax where you charge it.
